We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and schedules change. However, as a small business, cancellations can significantly  impact our schedules and wait lists. 
If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 *OR 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment. This allows us time to adjust our schedule and possibly fill your spot.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee equal to [lo que quieras cobrar] of the total service cost. This fee helps cover the time and resources we’ve reserved for you.
